Boynton and Morelli dissented on account of unit owners with only cell phones will need to provide their cell phone numbers for the entrance system – meaning that entrance system calls will be directed to their cell phones and they will receive calls from the entrance system while at work or traveling elsewhere outside the building.  In the case of a couple no land-line and two cell phones, the couple would need to determine which of their cells phones would be the telephone number dedicated to receiving entrance system calls.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:35 p.m.
