Highview Condominium II
Board of Directors - Meeting Minutes
November 12, 2008, 7:30 p.m.

The first meeting of the 2008-2009 Highview II Board of Directors was called to order by outgoing President Marjorie Cannon following the annual membership meeting.  Per bylaws requirement that the new board meets to appoint officers within 10-days of the annual General Membership meeting and election, the meeting was held immediately following the annual meeting.   

Board members in attendance:  Robert Boynton, Marjorie Cannon, Stacey Cohen, Nora Colford, Michael D'Angelo, Natalie Hendrix, Frank Mattera, and Joseph Skonieczny.  Board member absent: Joseph Cann.  

The following board members were nominated and accepted appointments as officers:  

President:  Stacey Cohen
Vice-President:  Marjorie Cannon
Secretary:  Robert Boynton
Treasurer:  Michael D’Angelo  

The meeting was adjourned.
